32 41 280 Removing and installing/replacing oil reservoir (RWD with N63 engine)

WARNING: DANGER OF POISONING if oil is ingested/absorbed through the skin!
RISK OF INJURY if oil comes into contact with eyes and skin!
IMPORTANT: Adhere to the utmost cleanliness. Do not allow any dirt to enter the hydraulic system.
Seal off hydraulic lines with seal plugs.

Necessary preliminary work 

Release screws (1) on oil reservoir and press oil reservoir forwards until the return and suction line hose clamps can be reached.

Release hose clamps (1) and (3) and detach suction and return lines.

Tightening torque 32 41 3AZ .

Unfasten plug connection (2) from oil level sensor and disconnect.

Release screw (4), remove holder from reservoir and remove reservoir.

Installation note: 

Renew hose clamps.

Replacement 

If applicable, transfer OIL LEVEL SENSOR .

After installation
