11 61 365 Removing and Installing/Replacing Front Left Charge Air Duct (N55)

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove INTAKE PORT .
Remove Front UNDERBODY PROTECTION .

Release Screw (1).

Tightening torque 17 10 4AZ .

Unlock Snap Fastener (1).

Detach Charge Air Duct (2) From Charge Air Cooler Connection (3).

Installation Note:

The Seal Inside The Snap Fastener Must Be Coated with Anti-Friction Agent.

Charge Air Duct (2) Must Snap Audibly Into Place!

Unfasten Hose Clamp (2).

Release Charge Air Duct (3) From Gaiter (1).

NOTE: Remove Charge Air Duct (3) In Upward Direction By Simultaneously Turning Counter-Clockwise (See Direction of Arrow).

Assemble Engine.
