33 31 025 Removing and installing/replacing vibration absorber on side member

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove rear WHEEL ARCH SPLASH GUARD

Release nut (1) and remove vibration absorber (2) from holder.

Tightening torque 33 32 9AZ .

Installation:

Pay attention to lock washer (3) between collar nut and vibration absorber.

Replace screw and nut.

IMPORTANT:

Groove (1) on the vibration absorber must be aligned horizontally to the holder corners!
