31 35 000 Removing and installing/replacing front stabilizer

Necessary preliminary tasks 

• Remove FRONT ASSEMBLY UNDERSIDE PROTECTION 
• Remove FRONT V-STRUTS 
• Remove both STABILIZER LINKS FROM STABILIZER 

Unscrew nuts (1).

Tightening torque 31 35 1AZ .

Remove stabilizer; if necessary, press off from engine carrier with a suitable tool.

Installation: 

Check RUBBER MOUNT ON BOTH SIDES FOR DAMAGE , replace if necessary.

Replace self-locking nuts.

Replacement 

Remove RUBBER MOUNT ON BOTH SIDES FROM STABILIZER .
