65 12 070 Removing and installing/replacing amplifier: Notes

IMPORTANT:
Read and comply with notes on PROTECTION AGAINST ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE (ESD PROTECTION)

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Disconnect BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD .
- Remove LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM ON LEFT .
- If necessary, remove VIDEO MODULE .
- If necessary, remove CD CHANGER .
Unfasten plug connection (2) and disconnect.
Release screws (1).
Remove amplifier (3) complete with holder (4).
