51 32 211 Replacing front left or right rubber guide for left or right door window

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove front door window glass, refer to 51 32 170 REMOVING AND INSTALLING / REPLACING DOOR WINDOW GLASS, FRONT LEFT OR RIGHT
Remove decorative strip from window frame at front, refer to 51 32 390 REMOVING AND INSTALLING / REPLACING DECORATIVE STRIP ON FRONT LEFT OR RIGHT DOOR
Remove mirror, refer to 51 16 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING / REPLACING MIRROR ON LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT DOOR

Remove sound insulation (1).

Release rivets (1).

Pull rubber guide (2) out of window guide.

Remove rubber guide (2) from window frame.

Installation:

Moisten Rubber Guide (2) With Water Before Fitting.

Insert rubber guide at front/bottom into window guide rail.

Installation:

Sound insulation (1) must be fitted and must not be damaged.
