11 14... Removing And Installing/Replacing Support Block For Radial Compressor (BMW ALPINA B7)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Release bolt (1) and remove tensioner with tension pulley (2).

Installation: 

Tightening torque: 40 Nm.

Detach oil line (1).

Installation: 

Replace seals.

Tightening torque: 25 Nm.

Unfasten screws (2).

Installation: 

Tightening torque: 9 Nm.

Release bolt (3) and pull off support block straight towards front.

Installation: 

Tightening torque: 41 Nm.

Installation: 

Sealing ring (1) must always be replaced.

When the support block is replaced, the drive belt deflection pulley  must be modified. See 11 28... REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING RADIAL COMPRESSOR DEFLECTION PULLEY (BMW ALPINA B7) .
