Lower Pressure Pipe, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the front noise insulation. Refer to NOISE INSULATION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the lock carrier cover. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release the left and right catches in direction of -arrows- and remove the retaining pin -1- for the radiator upward.

-- Carefully push the radiator module as far forward as possible and secure using suitable service equipment.

Lower Pressure Pipe, Cylinder Bank 1 (Right):

-- Loosen the hose clamps -arrow-, remove the air duct hose from the connection and push it to the side.

-- Remove the right lower longitudinal member. Refer to OVERVIEW - LOCK CARRIER .

-- Remove the right wheel spoiler. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER .

-- Remove the bolt -2-.

-- Disconnect the connector -3- and free up the wire.

-- Loosen the hose clamp -arrow- and remove the air duct hose.

-- Loosen the hose clamp -1- and remove the air duct hose -2-.

-- Release the tension in the ribbed belt for the starter generator. Refer to STARTER GENERATOR RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Disconnect the connector -2- for the Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and then remove the air duct pipe -1-.

-- Remove the lower left longitudinal member. Refer to OVERVIEW - LOCK CARRIER .

-- Loosen the hose clamps -arrows- and remove the left lower air duct hose.

-- Disconnect the connector -3- for the Charge Air Pressure Sensor 2 -G447-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and then remove the air duct pipe -1-.
