Spring, Removing And Installing, Air Spring: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

TIP:

Secure fit of the air line cannot be guaranteed without the cutting ring.

-- Fill the air suspension system. Refer to AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM, FILLING AND BLEEDING .

• Before filling the air spring, check the installation position. Refer to Figure.
• The vehicle may be removed from the vehicle hoist only after the air springs have been filled again.
• Readapt the standard vehicle height. Refer to STANDARD VEHICLE HEIGHT, READAPTING .
