Removing and Installing:

• Remove the intermediate piece

• Air intake, air vents and air routing in the heater and A/C unit. Refer to AIR DUCT IN FRONT HEATER AND A/C UNIT .

Removing and Installing:

• Remove the instrument panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
• Remove the bolt -Item  5- and the right air duct

• 1.5 Nm

• Equipment versions with Front Passenger Side Ionizer -J1106-. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - AIR IONIZATION  for the component location overview.

  Removing and Installing:

• Remove the instrument panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
• Remove the expanding rivet -Item  7-
• Disconnect the connectors
• If equipped, loosen the fragrance system hoses. Refer to FRAGRANCE SYSTEM HOSES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
• Air Duct, Removing

• Removing and Installing. Refer to Right Front Upper Body Vent Temperature Sensor -G386-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

• Removing and Installing. Refer to FRONT PASSENGER SIDE FOOTWELL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

  Removing and Installing:

• From the front heater and A/C unit to the rear heater and A/C unit/ to the rear air duct or to the center console lower air duct. Refer to HEATER AND A/C UNIT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, "Mid" OR "Mix" A/C SYSTEM, PR NUMBER KH5/ 9AU  or HEATER AND A/C UNIT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, "High" A/C SYSTEM, PR NUMBER 9AH/ 9AQ .

• Different versions with a "Low", "Mid", "Mix" or "High" A/C system. Refer to the Parts Information.
• Equipped on some models: vehicles with a "Mid", "Mix" or "High" A/C system.

  Removing and installing with "Low" version:

• Remove the center console. Refer to CENTER CONSOLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
• Remove the rear air duct. Refer to AIR DUCTS AND VENTS IN THE REAR VEHICLE INTERIOR, "Low" A/C SYSTEM, PR NUMBER 9AD .
• Air Duct, Removing

  Removing and installing with "Mid", "Mix" or "High" version:

• From the front heater and A/C unit to the rear heater and A/C unit/ to the rear air duct or to the center console lower air duct. Refer to HEATER AND A/C UNIT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, "Mid" OR "Mix" A/C SYSTEM, PR NUMBER KH5/ 9AU  or HEATER AND A/C UNIT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, "High" A/C SYSTEM, PR NUMBER 9AH/ 9AQ .
