Cylinder Bank 2 (Left) Camshaft Housing, Removing And Installing

Removing

All procedures. Refer to CAMSHAFT HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Installing with the Engine Installed

Special tools and workshop equipment required

Socket - Xzn 14:T10061
Locating Pins:T40116

-- Remove the left drive axle cover and loosen the left front wheel housing liner in the area of the engine mount and push to the side. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER .

-- Remove the bolt -2- for the left engine mount.

-- Support the engine in the installation position. Refer to ENGINE, SUPPORTING IN INSTALLATION POSITION .

-- Pry up the engine on the left side until the camshaft housing can be secured using the :T40116 .

Additional procedures. Refer to CAMSHAFT HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the engine support bridge. Refer to ENGINE, SUPPORTING IN INSTALLATION POSITION .

Tightening Specifications
