Grease all bearings and contact surfaces with Polycarbamide Grease:G 052 142 A2

- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - ACCELERATOR PEDAL MODULE
  NOTE:
  Clean the bolts and nuts before reusing.
  
  Replace the damaged bolts and nuts. Refer to the Parts Information.
  
  Replace the self-locking bolts and nuts. Refer to the Parts Information.
Accelerator Pedal Module
Bolt
- 8 Nm
  NOTE:
  Clean the bolts and nuts before reusing.

Brake Pedal Position Sensor -G100-
Only for hybrid vehicle
- Refer to Brake Pedal Position Sensor -G100-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
Brake Lamp Switch -F-
NOTE:
The brake lamp sensor is installed in the brake master cylinder on this model.
Magnet Holder
Only for hybrid vehicle
- For brake pedal position sensor
- When install on the brake pedal the centering pin -arrow- must click into place
Pedal Bracket Bolt
- 20 Nm
  NOTE:
  Clean the bolts and nuts before reusing.
  
  Replace the damaged bolts and nuts. Refer to the Parts Information.
  
  Replace the self-locking bolts and nuts. Refer to the Parts Information.
Mounting Pin Bolt
- The bolt holds the mounting pins in position
- 8 Nm
  NOTE:
  Clean the bolts and nuts before reusing.
  
  Replace the damaged bolts and nuts. Refer to the Parts Information.
  
  Replace the self-locking bolts and nuts. Refer to the Parts Information.
Left Lock Washer (Spring Steel)
- Refer to the Parts Information.
Brake Pedal

  WARNING:
  - The path of the brake pedal must not be shortened by extra floor mats.
Bearing Shell formed in Mount

Mount

Nut
- 8 Nm
  NOTE:
  Clean the bolts and nuts before reusing.

  Replace the self-locking bolts and nuts. Refer to the Parts Information.
Stop
NOTE:
If possible, leave the brake pedal stop installed; it could break the mount for the brake lamp switch if the brake pedal is released too quickly.
