- For the turbocharger
Bolt
- Tighten last to 23 Nm diagonally and in steps
Stud Bolt
- 10 Nm
- Replace nuts after each time they are loosened
Seal

Turbocharger
- With Turbocharger Control Module 1 -J724-
- Turbocharger, removing and installing. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH A TURBOCHARGER .
- Turbocharger Control Module 1 -J724-. Refer to Turbocharger Control Module 1 -J724-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH A TURBOCHARGER .
Bracket
- For the connector and engine cover
Bolt
- 9 Nm
Connection
- For air guide hose
- From the Mass Airflow Sensor -G70- to the turbocharger
- Must be free of oil and grease before installing
O-ring
- Always replace
Hose
- For the crankcase ventilation
Bolt
- 9 Nm
Nut
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Turbocharger Tightening Specifications And Sequence .
- Always replace
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.
Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-
- Removing and installing. Refer to Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-, INSTALLING AND REMOVING, VEHICLES WITH A TURBOCHARGER .

- Always replace

- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to EGR Pipe At The Turbocharger Tightening Specifications And Sequence .

- To the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) pipe cooler

- Always replace
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.
Exhaust Pipe

- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.
Exhaust Manifold
