Hydraulic Fluid Cooler, Removing And Installing, RS Models: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note The Following  . Refer to OVERVIEW - HYDRAULIC POWER STEERING, 8-CYLINDER FSI HYDRAULIC FLUID COOLER TO THE CONDENSER - RS MODELS .

-- The markings -2- on the hose line must point upward in the >>12 O'clock<< position.

-- Top off Hydraulic Oil.

-- Clean any oiled places.

-- Bleed the steering. Refer to STEERING, BLEEDING AFTER REPLACING .

-- Check power steering fluid level. Refer to POWER STEERING FLUID LEVEL, CHECKING .

-- Check all open line connections for leaks. Refer to STEERING, CHECKING FOR LEAKS .

-- Install The Front Bumper Cover. Refer To OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER, AUDI RS5 /BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, AUDI RS5 .
