Overview - Cylinder Head Cover: Notes

Seal
- For the cylinder head cover
- Replace if damaged or leaking
Cylinder Head Cover
- Removing and installing, refer to LEFT CYLINDER HEAD COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING for left side and RIGHT CYLINDER HEAD COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING for right side.
Grommet
- Replace if damaged or leaking
Seal
- For fuel injector
- Replacing, refer to FUEL INJECTOR SEALS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- For the cap
- Replace if damaged or leaking
Cover
Hose
- For the crankcase ventilation
O-Ring
- Replace
Tensioning Claw
- Removing and installing, refer to OVERVIEW - FUEL INJECTORS .
Sealing Bushing
- For the fuel rail
Fuel rail
- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions, refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .
- Do not change the angles of the high pressure lines
- Install the high pressure lines HIGH PRESSURE LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- Tightening specification: 22 Nm
Bolt
- First tightening 6 Nm
- Replace
- Second tightening 90 degrees
Fuel Return Hose
- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions, refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .
O-Ring
- Replace
Injector
- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions, refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .
- Removing and installing, refer to FUEL INJECTORS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
O-Ring
- Replace
Copper Ring
- Replace
Bolt
- Tightening specification: 9 Nm
Heat shield

- With seal
- Replace
