Fuel Injector Seals, Removing And Installing

Special tools and workshop equipment required

Injector/Combustion Chamber Seal Tool Set T10133B
Socket - 24mm T10361
Puller - Shaft Seal T40195

Procedure

-- Remove the fuel injector in question, refer to FUEL INJECTORS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the Puller - Shaft Seal T40195 into the seal -1-.

-- Attach the Slide Hammer T10133/3 to the seal puller with the Puller T10133/2 as shown in the illustration and remove it by tapping it upward.

-- Install the new fuel injector seal all the way with the Socket - 24mm T10361 and the short extension -1-.
