Seat Height Adjustment, Removing And Installing, RS Bucket Seat

Removing
-- Remove the seat. Refer to FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, RS BUCKET SEAT .
-- Secure the seat on the Engine/Transmission Holder - Seat Repair FixtureVAS6136. Refer to FRONT SEAT, MOUNTING ON FIXTURE FOR SEAT REPAIR .
-- Remove backrest and front seat pan FRONT BACKREST, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, BACKREST AND SEAT PAN, RS BUCKET SEAT .
-- Remove nut -5-.
-- Remove the screws -7-.
-- Remove the bolt -4-.
-- Remove the seat height adjuster -3- and the retaining plate -6-.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal. Watch out for the following:
-- Make sure the retaining plate -6- makes contact on backrest frame at position of -arrow-.
