- Center Differential Housing
- With or without vibration dampener, depending on version
- Removing and Installing with transmission installed. Refer to CENTER DIFFERENTIAL HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Refer to REAR FLANGE SHAFT SEAL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Refer to TRANSMISSION OUTPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING, TRANSMISSION OUTPUT SHAFT WITH SPLINES AND WITHOUT VIBRATION DAMPER .
- Refer to TRANSMISSION OUTPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING, TRANSMISSION OUTPUT SHAFT WITH SPLINES WITH VIBRATION DAMPER .
- Servicing. Refer to CENTER DIFFERENTIAL HOUSING, SERVICING
- Bolt
- 10 Nm + 90°
- Aluminum bolts
- Always replace.
- Pressure Spring
- Plate Spring
- Installed position: the camber on the inner diameter faces toward the flange shaft.
- Shim
- Center Differential
- Servicing only by the manufacturer
- Replacing the center differential bearing. Refer to GEARS AND SHAFTS, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
- Removing and Installing with transmission installed. Refer to CENTER DIFFERENTIAL HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Spacer Sleeve
- Gear Carrier
- Pay attention to the installed position to the transmission cover. Refer to INSTALLING .
