Lower Adjustment Plate
- Always replace
- Determine thickness. Refer to INPUT SHAFT, ADJUSTING BY DETERMINING AIR GAP .
Outer Clutch Plate
- Always replace
- Quantity: 6
Lining Plate
- Always replace
- Quantity: 7
Upper Adjustment Plate
- Always replace
- Determine thickness. Refer to INPUT SHAFT, ADJUSTING BY DETERMINING AIR GAP .
Corrugated Spring Washer
Press Plate
- Check for wear. Refer to INPUT SHAFT, CHECKING FOR WEAR .
Piston
- Check for wear. Refer to INPUT SHAFT, CHECKING FOR WEAR .
Cover
- For the input shaft
- After removing the cover, the input shaft ball bearing must be replaced. Refer to INPUT SHAFT BALL BEARING, REPLACING
Circlip
- Replace with same thickness
- For the input shaft cover
Shaft Seal
- Always replace. Refer to INPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING .
- For the input shaft
Input Shaft
- Check for wear. Refer to INPUT SHAFT, CHECKING FOR WEAR .
O-ring
- Always replace
Oil Pipe
- Check for wear. Refer to INPUT SHAFT, CHECKING FOR WEAR .
