EGR Cooler, Removing And Installing, Casa, CASD: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION, CASA, CASD .

NOTE:

Replace the seals and O-rings.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory. Refer to the Parts Information.

-- Install the intake flap motors. Refer to OVERVIEW - INTAKE MANIFOLD .

-- Install the coolant line.

-- Install the oil filter housing. Refer to OIL FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, FILLING .

-- Installing the pre-catalytic converter. Refer to PRE-CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
