Radiator, Removing And Installing: Installing

• Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - RADIATOR/COOLANT FAN .

-- Install the radiator module.

-- Mount the upper radiator mount and tighten it.

-- Install the radiator module into the upper radiator mount -A- and install the locking bolt -B-.

-- Install the lower radiator mount into the radiator module and tighten it.

-- Push the clips -arrows- on the upper air guide into the radiator.

-- Install the radiator -1- grille. Refer to RADIATOR GRILLE .

-- Install the license plate holder -2- and the center air grille -3-. Refer to LICENSE PLATE HOLDER .

Install in reverse order of removal, Note The Following: 

-- Connect the coolant hoses with the connector coupling. Refer to Figure.

-- Install the ATF lines. Refer to ATF PIPES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [For transmission(s) 0C8] .

-- Drain the coolant system completely before filling. Refer to ENGINE COOLANT SYSTEM, DRAINING, HIGH TEMPERATURE CIRCUIT .

-- Fill with coolant for the high temperature coolant circuit. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING, HIGH TEMPERATURE CIRCUIT .

-- Check the ATF level. Refer to ATF LEVEL, CHECKING AND FILLING[For transmission(s) 0C8] .

-- Install the noise insulation. Refer to ATF LEVEL, CHECKING AND FILLING .
