Supply Pipe For Engine Oil Cooler, Removing:

-- Remove the left engine mount. Refer to LEFT ENGINE SUPPORT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the left engine support.

-- Remove the coolant hose from the engine oil cooler, then remove the bolts and the coolant pipe.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal while noting the following:

NOTE:

Replace the O-rings.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps that are specific to that model. Refer to the Parts Information.

-- Clean or smooth O-ring sealing surface before installing.

-- Coat the O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

-- Install the engine support. Refer to OVERVIEW - SUBFRAME MOUNT .

-- Install the A/C compressor. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR .

-- Install the ribbed belt. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant for the high temperature coolant circuit. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING, HIGH TEMPERATURE CIRCUIT .
