Overview - Coolant Pipes

Replace the O-rings and seals.

Make sure the couplings are tight.

Tightening Specifications:

M6 bolts: 10 Nm

M8 bolts: 20 Nm

Upper Coolant Pipe on Supercharger
- Removing and installing. Refer to COMPRESSOR COOLANT PIPES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Upper Coolant Pipe
- Removing and installing. Refer to UPPER COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Coolant Thermostat with Housing
- Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT THERMOSTAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor -G62-
- Removing and installing. Refer to ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR -G62-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Front Coolant Pipe
- Removing and installing. Refer to FRONT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

T-Connection
- To the Electric Drive Power and Control Electronics -JX1-
Return Pipe for Engine Oil Cooler
- Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT PIPES FOR ENGINE OIL COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Supply Pipe for Engine Oil Cooler
- Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT PIPES FOR ENGINE OIL COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Hose
- To the Low Temperature Circuit Coolant Pump -V468-
Front Coolant Pipes
- Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT PIPES FOR LOW TEMPERATURE COOLANT CIRCUIT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Lower Coolant Pipe on Supercharger
- Removing and installing. Refer to COMPRESSOR COOLANT PIPES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
