Hydraulic cylinder, removing and installing

Bracket drive motor cylinder

Remove bracket hydraulic cylinder - 1 - from ball sockets - 2 -.
Unclip hydraulic lines from brackets - 3 - (Qty. 6) and loosen cable ties - 4 - (Qty. 2).
Remove hydraulic lines and cylinders from convertible top frame and place them in convertible top compartment.

Convertible top compartment cover cylinder

NOTE:

The convertible top compartment cover cylinder is installed as described above.

Main drive cylinder

Remove convertible top switch unit bolts - 1 -. The switch unit consists of Convertible Top Closed Position Switch F202 and Convertible Top Open Position Switch F171.
Carefully remove convertible top switch unit from bolting point mounts.
Remove main hydraulic cylinder securing pins - 2 -.
Loosen nuts on main hydraulic cylinder bracket until they are removed from the center and can be stored in the vehicle.

Installation is reverse of removal.
