  1. Bolt
    • 40 Nm plus an additional 90° turn
    • Replace
    • Transmission support to transmission
  2. Bolts
    • 50 Nm plus an additional 90° turn
    • Replace
    • Pendulum support to transmission
    • Different lengths and tightening specifications
  3. Engine Support
    • There are different versions.

    • With support arm

    • 100 Nm plus an additional 90° turn

    • Pendulum support to subframe

    • 60 Nm plus an additional 90° turn
    • Replace
    • Transmission mount to transmission support
  15. Bolt
    • 40 Nm plus an additional 90° turn
    • Replace
    • Transmission mount to chassis

    • 40 Nm plus an additional 90° turn
    • Replace
    • Transmission support to transmission

    • 40 Nm plus an additional 90° turn
    • Replace

-- Install the transmission support -A- between transmission and transmission mount support arm.

-- Mount the transmission support to the transmission.

-- Raise transmission to transmission mount support arm with engine support bridge 10 - 222 A spindle.

-- Next, install bolts -2-, but only hand tight.

CAUTION:

Risk of damaging the threads in the transmission support by inserting bolts crooked.

  • Before installing bolts -2-, transmission support and transmission mount support arm must be absolutely parallel to each other. If necessary, raise rear of transmission with trolley jack.

-- Only tighten bolts if subframe is installed. Refer to Description and Operation and subframe mounts are adjusted [For engine(s) CETA, CCTA] Description and Operation or to [For engine(s) CDMA] Description and Operation or to [For engine(s) CBRA] Description and Operation or to [For engine(s) BPY] Description and Operation .
