Radiator, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - RADIATOR .

NOTE:

Secure all hose connections with standard production hose clamps. .

-- Install the condenser. Refer to CONDENSER .

-- Install the ATF cooler. Refer to ATF COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the Hydraulic oil cooling line. Refer to LINES AND HOSES OVERVIEW .

-- Connect the coolant hoses with the connector coupling. Refer to Figure.

-- Install the fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the air filter. Refer to AIR FILTER .

NOTE:

All of the coolant must be changed if the radiator was replaced.

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
