Overview - Radiator

  1. Hydraulic Oil Cooling Line
    • For power steering
  2. ATF Cooler
  3. Clip
    • Make sure it is secure
  4. Air Guide
    • Only the right side is shown in the illustration
  5. Air Guide
    • Only the right side is shown in the illustration
  6. Radiator
  7. Grommet
  8. Bolt
    • 5.5 Nm
  9. Air Guide
  10. O-ring
    • Replace
  11. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the retaining clamp to remove
    • Connect to the radiator. Refer to Fig 2
  12. O-ring
    • Replace
  13. Clip
  14. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-
  15. Coolant Hose
  16. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the retaining clamp to remove
    • Connect to the radiator. Refer to Fig 2
  17. O-Ring
    • Replace
  18. Locking Mechanism
    • For the cooler mount
  19. Rubber Buffer
  20. Washer
  21. Clip
    • Make sure it is secure
  22. Clip
    • Make sure it is secure
  23. Condenser
    • For air conditioning system

-- Remove the old O-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.

-- Coat the new O-ring with coolant and install it in the coolant hose.

-- Press the coolant hose onto the connection -1- until it engages audibly.

-- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connection is engaged correctly.
