Exhaust Gas RECIRCULATION (EGR) Cooler, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION .

NOTE:

Replace the seals and O-rings.

Secure all hose connections with standard production hose clamps.

-- Install the intake manifold. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD OVERVIEW .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
