Oil pump, lower section of oil pan, assembly overview

1 - Oil pan (lower section)
- Removing and installing → Lower part of oil pan, removing and installing
- With Oil Level Thermal Sensor G266
2 - 10 Nm
3 - Chain sprocket
- For oil pump
- Installed location: Side with writing points toward front
- Removing and installing → Chain drive for oil pump, removing and installing → Oil pump drive sprocket, removing and installing
4 - 34 Nm
5 - Chain sprocket
- For crankshaft
- Removing and installing → Chain drive for oil pump, removing and installing → Oil pump drive sprocket, removing and installing
6 - Drive chain for oil pump
- Removing and installing → Chain drive for oil pump, removing and installing → Oil pump drive sprocket, removing and installing
7 - Chain tensioner
- Before removing, secure using piece of wire
- Do not disassemble
- Removing and installing → Chain drive for oil pump, removing and installing → Oil pump drive sprocket, removing and installing
8 - Oil pump
- Do not disassemble
- With relief valve approx. 7 bar
- Removing and installing → Oil pump, removing and installing
9 - 30 Nm
10 - Oil strainer
- Clean if soiled
11 - Intake tube
12 - Circlip
13 - Oil baffle
14 - 10 Nm
- Different lengths
15 - 10 Nm
- Fasten diagonally in steps
16 - Seal
- Replace
17 - Oil drain plug, 50 Nm
18 - 10 Nm
19 - Oil Level Thermal Sensor G266
- Removing and installing → Oil Level Thermal Sensor G266 , removing and installing
20 - Seal
- Replace
