Oil Level Thermal Sensor G266 , removing and installing

Removing
NOTE:
- Before raising the vehicle on a hoist (wheels off the ground), first activate the vehicle jack mode → 43 - Self Leveling Suspension .
For vehicles with parking/auxiliary heater:
- Remove bolts - arrows - for exhaust pipe of parking heater/auxiliary heater on noise insulation.
All
- Loosen mounting parts - 1 - and remove noise insulation.
- Place oil receptacle beneath.
- Drain engine oil.
- Disconnect electrical harness connector at Oil Level Thermal Sensor G266 - 1 -.
- Remove Oil Level Thermal Sensor G266.
Installing
NOTE:
- Replace seals.
- Clean sealing surfaces, must be free of oil and grease.

- Apply sealant to studs of oil pan - arrows -.
Sealant
- Install Oil Level Thermal Sensor G266 - 4 -.
- Connect electrical wire - 3 -.
- Add engine oil and check oil level.
- Install sound insulation.
