Second Row, 3 Passenger Overview

I - Threaded Connections

CAUTION:

Observe the assembly sequence of the screw connection when installing the 2nd row. Refer to SECOND ROW, 3 PASSENGER OVERVIEW .

  1. Screw, Self-Locking
    • Quantity: 2
    • Always replace if removed.
    • Clean nut threads before installing new screws.
    • Pay attention to the assembly sequence and tightening torque. Refer to SECOND ROW, 3 PASSENGER OVERVIEW .
  2. Bolt
    • 20 Nm
    • Quantity: 4
    • As stop for the seat forward/back adjustment.
    • Only for 5-seater with manual seat forward/back adjustment.
  3. Individual Seat
  4. Screw, Self-Locking
    • Quantity: 7
    • Always replace if removed.
    • Clean nut threads before installing new screws.
    • Pay attention to the assembly sequence and tightening torque. Refer to SECOND ROW, 3 PASSENGER OVERVIEW .
  5. Bench Seat
  6. Left Console
  7. Mounting Piece
    • One piece
  8. Right Console
  9. Carpet

  1. Seat Rail Cover
  2. Front Seat Rail Cap
  3. Seat Rail
  4. Seat Rail Cover
  5. Front Seat Rail Cap
  6. Individual Seat
  7. LATCH Caps
  8. Rear Out Seat Rail Cap
  9. Rear Inner Seat Rail Cap
  10. Bench Seat

Assembly Sequence and Tightening Torque:

-- Insert screws -2- and tighten to "50 Nm".

-- Insert screws -1- "but do not tighten".

-- Insert screws -4- and tighten to "50 Nm".

-- Insert screws -3- and tighten to "50 Nm".

-- Slide the adjustable seat all the way to the front in order to tighten the bolts -1- to "50 Nm".
