Seat heating element, removing and installing (sports seat)

Removing 

• Remove seat: Vehicles until 10.04 → Front power seats with memory, removing and installing , vehicles from 11.04 → Front power seats with memory, removing and installing .
• Remove backrest: Vehicles until 10.04 → Front backrest, removing and installing , vehicles from 11.04 → Front backrest, removing and installing .
• Remove cover and padding from seat pan → Cover and cushion for seat pan, removing and installing (sport seat) .

• Cut section - A  - from old heating element - 1  -.
• Remove cable - 2  -.
• Cut off cables - 4  - (2x) at - B  - positions (4x).

Installing 

• Align heating element - 1  - on seat surface, remove protective foil and glue heating element to cushion.
• Insert cable - 2  - into designated opening - 3  -.
• Lay wire connections without crossing into bottom of openings at positions - 4  -.
