Side airbag, removing and installing

CAUTION:

1 - Tab

2 - Side-airbag unit

NOTE:
  • Always replace screw - 4  -.
CAUTION: Make sure no one is in vehicle when connecting battery.

7 - Engaging holes

NOTE:
  • After connecting battery, check vehicle equipment (radio, clock electric windows) as per Owners Manual.
  • If the Airbag Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) K75 signals a malfunction after assembling, then DTC memory must be erased and checked again using vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system VAS 5051 A scan tool.
