Adaptation channel 35-Adaptation of the engine speed threshold

This function is used to adapt the offset value for the engine speed threshold to the dynamic oil pressure warning.
Display on VAS 5051:
- Select function "35" in button field -2- for "Adaptation channel 35" and press Q button to confirm input.
Display on VAS 5051:
- Channel 35 read and test
- No indication
- Keypad - only direct input via the keypad is possible
- The sliding bar is positioned on the current adaptation value, e.g. 0
NOTE:
- The adaptation value of 0 corresponds to the value set at the factory for the oil pressure warning if the oil pressure drops below 1.2 bar at 1500 RPM.
- The adaptation can be performed in four steps (0-1000).
- The adaptation value of "250" changes the engine speed threshold to 1750 RPM.
- Only direct input via the keypad is possible!
- If the value "0" was changed due to a customer complaint, the changed value must be transferred to the new instrument cluster during replacement.

- Enter 5-digit adaptation value. Insert zeros in front.
Example:
Desired input value: +250 RPM
Keypad input: 00250
Display on VAS 5051 after performed adaptation:
- Channel 35 Value 250 stored
- End function "10 - Adaptation" by pressing <= button.
