Timing Belt Drive Pulley Replacement
- Remove the timing belt (see TIMING BELT REMOVAL
).
- Remove the timing belt stopper (A), then remove the timing belt drive pulley (B) and the key (C).

- Inspect the timing belt drive pulley and the key for damage. If it is cracked or damaged, replace the timing belt drive pulley.
- Install the new timing belt drive pulley and the key, then install the timing belt stopper.
- Install the timing belt (see TIMING BELT INSTALLATION
).
- Do the CKP pattern clear/CKP pattern learn procedure (see
CKP PATTERN CLEAR/CKP PATTERN LEARN
).
