Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) Unit Removal/Installation

Remove the glove box (see GLOVE BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
Remove the stereo amplifier (see SUBWOOFER (WITHOUT NAVIGATION) ).
Remove the bolts from the bracket that hold the ACC unit (A).

Disconnect the connector from the ACC unit.
Remove the ACC unit from the bracket.
Install the unit in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: If a new ACC unit is installed, do these operations:

Do the ACC unit update procedure (see ACC UNIT UPDATE ).
Do the CMBS initial check (DTC100) (see DTC 64: CMBS OPERATION ERROR (EXCESSIVE OPERATION) ).
