3UR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: THROTTLE BODY: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Removal

2. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Removal

3. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL Removal

4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Removal

5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Removal

6. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

7. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair

8. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

9. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY Removal

10. REMOVE THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY






(a) Disconnect the 2 water by-pass hoses.
(b) Disconnect the throttle position sensor and control motor connector.






(c) Remove the 4 bolts, throttle body and gasket.
(d) Remove the 2 water by-pass hoses from the throttle body.
