Removing the Oil Pipe For the Steering Gear Housing

Position a container under the steering gear housing to collect the oil.

Detach both the oil pipes from the mounting.

Left-hand drive cars: slide the mounting bracket behind the heat deflector plate at the side. Remove the mounting to the right of the cross member.

Detach both pipes from the steering gear housing. Collect the oil that runs out.

Remove the O-rings.
