Installing the Oil Pipe For the Steering Gear Housing

Install new O-rings on the pipes.

Left-hand drive cars: Install the pipe clamp at the mounting by the heat deflector plate.

Install both the pipes on the steering gear housing. Tighten the connections by hand.

Secure the pipes and brackets with clamps. Tighten to 10 Nm.

Tighten the connections. Tighten to 15 Nm.

Check that the pipes are unimpeded.

Wipe off any fluid spillage.
