Install the Pulley On the Power Steering Pump. Use Special Tool 999 5576/USA 999 2615

Install the screw in the pump shaft.

NOTE: Use a screw with the correct thread.

Open the cock.

Install special tool 9995628 on:

applies only to USA: 9512615 compression tool

applies to others: 9995576 .

Close the cock.

Lubricate the pump shaft. Press the pulley onto the shaft.

Install special tool 9995628 over:

applies only to USA: 9512615 compression tool

applies to others: 9995576

and hook it behind the screw head.

Press the pulley onto the shaft until the outer edge is flush with the pump shaft.
