Disassemble the Adjuster For the Steering Wheel Position

Remove:

the lock plate from the lock nut
the lock nut and adapter sleeve (left threaded)
the position arm from the guide
the threaded bushing (right thread)
both the springs
the holder and position arm from the steering column.
