Installing the Delivery Line On the Power Steering Pump (Does Not Apply To B4184SM/SJ)

Position the pipe (pipe coupling) directly opposite the pipe connection using a new O-ring.

Apply 1161075 to the threads for the pipe connection nut.

Finger tighten the pipe connection nut.

Finger tighten both pipe clamps.

Now tighten the pipe connection nut. Tightening torque, 19 Nm (-1999) and max. 25 Nm (2000-) .

Remove the lock grip pliers.

Tighten the pipe clamps:M6 10 Nm , M8 20 Nm .
