Installing the Delivery Line On the Power Steering Pump (Does Not Apply To B4184SM/SJ)

Position the pipe (pipe coupling) directly opposite the pipe connection using a new O-ring.

Apply thread sealant 1161075 on the threads for the pipe connection nut.

Finger tighten the pipe connection nut.

Finger tighten both pipe clamps.

Now tighten the pipe connection nut: -1999 to 19 Nm and 2000- to max. 25 Nm .

Remove the lock grip pliers.

Tighten the pipe clamps: M6 10 Nm, M8 20 Nm .
