Install the Wheel

Ensure that the brake disc and wheel rim mating surfaces are clean.

Lubricate the hub guide for the rims using installation paste, P/N 1161397 .

Install the wheel. Hand tighten the nuts.

Tighten crosswise. Tighten to 110 Nm .

When tightening using a pneumatic impact wrench, only use torque socket 9512834 . Post tighten the nuts using the hand tool.

NOTE: The correct tightening torques and crosswise tightening are important to avoid stresses in the brake disc.

Tighten the new nut for the drive shaft. Tighten to 120 Nm + 60° .

Install the hub cap.
