Installing the charge air cooler (CAC)

- See Replacing the intake air temperature sensor when the charge air cooler (CAC) has been replaced
- Carefully install the charge air cooler (CAC). Position the radiator on the charge air cooler (CAC).NOTE: Press the oil cooler into place in the charge air cooler (CAC).
- Install the two cooler mountings using the screws. Tighten the screws to 25 Nm
- Clean the connection surfaces. Connect the air intake hose. Tighten the clamp
- Connect the idling hose. Tighten the clamp.
