Removing driver's airbag (SRS)

NOTE: Do not use tools to disconnect the connector.

Turn the driver's airbag (SRS) up.

Unhook the rubber stops (1) from the mounting plate.

Carefully remove:

the connectors (2). Press in the catches (3) on the sides
the connector for the horn (4)
the driver's airbag (SRS). Place to one side.

NOTE: The driver's airbag (SRS) must be safely stored with the connector side (reverse) facing down. The driver's airbag (SRS) must not be covered or placed upside down.
