Disconnecting the wiring and the hood latch

Remove: 

• the central electronic module (CEM) according to Replacing central electronic module (CEM)
• the cable. First unhook the cable from the hood catch
• the screw (A) at the front of the dashboard
• the screw from the top of the bracket
• the bracket
• brown and blue connectors by the side of the fusebox from the cable harness
• the connectors from the cable harness.

Press the gray marked 24-pin connector out through the opening on the reverse of the dashboard.

Remove the blue connector for VGLA.

Remove the clips from the cable harness.
