Removing the Dashboard Environment Panel

1.
Carefully install weatherstrip tool 9814071 between the dashboard and the bottom edge of the panel.
Pull the bottom edge of the panel outwards.
2.
Press the panel up slightly.
Carefully pull the upper edge of the panel outwards.
Remove the panel.
