Installing Expansion Valve

Assemble the O-rings. Lubricate the O-rings with air conditioning (A/C) compressor oil
Secure the expansion valve by hand. Position it so that it is free of the evaporator. Secure it. Use two wrenches
Press the temperature sensor onto the pipe
Reinstall the insulation
Install the evaporator according to Evaporator .

Tighten the thick pipe. Tighten to: 20 Nm. Tighten the thin pipe. Tighten to: 15 Nm. Sensor: 12 Nm.
