Removing the shift lock solenoid with micro-switch

CAUTION: Move the gear selector to position L to prevent damage when removing/installing the micro-switch. If the shift lock solenoid does not operate: Turn the ignition key to position 1. Depress the SHIFTLOCK OVERRIDE button to move the gear selector lever.

Remove the connector from the gear shift. Disconnect the connector (A)
Remove the clamp (B). Remove the solenoid.
CAUTION: Undo the clamp (B) on the reverse of the bracket to prevent damage to the clamp.
Remove the micro-switch: Press the lugs together.
